SUNFRAME · FAQ
Good questions before you begin.
Clear answers about capturing, privacy, joining an event, and the shared album.
What is a shared event photo album?
One private album that collects photos guests capture through SunFrame during the event. Hosts create the event, share a code or QR, and stay in control of access.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
Guests do not need an account. They join with a code or QR and follow the event instructions.
Does SunFrame replace a professional photographer?
No. At a professionally photographed wedding, SunFrame adds the guests’ spontaneous point of view. At a smaller event, it keeps everyone’s photos together in one organized place.
Who can see the photos?
The album is intended for hosts and guests who received access to the event. Hosts control permissions, and event albums are not presented as public galleries.
How do guests join an event?
Hosts share an event code or QR. Guests enter the code, confirm the event details, and start capturing within the photo allowance set for the event.
Why is there a photo allowance for each guest?
A thoughtful limit encourages each guest to choose moments that are genuinely worth capturing. The result feels more personal and varied, with fewer near-identical shots.
Can a photo be deleted?
Yes, according to the event permissions. Hosts can manage the album, and the guest who captured a photo can remove it under the event rules.
What kinds of events is SunFrame for?
Weddings, birthdays, parties, trips, team events, and any gathering where different points of view belong in one private album.
